MONKEY MEMO: DAILY UPDATE

Interviewed during the “Giro”, the main Italian cycling event, one of the participants complained during a interview with the press, that sponsoring prevented him to use the best material. That's the way things go. It is a summer filled with sporting events. Worldwide distraction, amusement and nationalism; while Syria, Iraq, Nigeria, Ukrain and Mali are torn apart. When we wake u out of this global trance, there will be a different world to see.

Billions of dollars are spent to keep this distraction machine going and creating a global sentiment of (competitive) unity. In the meantime in Qatar football stadiums are built for the event of 2022.

The Elite are trying to create a platform, like in the movie “1984”, where people cry, yell and scream during “hate-hours” to keep them docile and relaxed to keep the economic doom-machine going.

This machine is based on slave-labour and excessive consumption. Much of this labour is done by children and mothers. Allmost all of the textiles are produced by children in India and Bangladesh. The whole world of fashion shines due to their tiny hands. But it is not only that. In the Netherlands (and probably everywhere) 16-year olds can join the army to be a soldier.
